The Role
As a Product Engineer, you sit at the intersection of core engineering, ML R&D and the customer. Your goal is to transform complex agentic capabilities into reliable, production-ready features that solve industry problems.
* Rapid Prototyping: Develop functional PoCs and MVPs to validate product hypotheses before full-scale engineering commitment
* Technical Implementation: Translate high-level product roadmaps into functional system architectures and production code
* Ecosystem & Integrations: Design and manage integrations with external AEC / ERP platforms and industry-specific data partners to enhance customer experience and streamline operations across various systems
* Product Diagnostics: Implement specialized tools and processes to analyze performance bottlenecks to ensure reliability, security and user satisfaction
* Support Engineering: Act as the first responder for complex technical issues or production escalations, directly modifying code, schemas, or cloud infrastructure to resolve critical customer friction in real-time
* Technical Bridge: Act as the technical counterpart to the Product Manager, as well as the primary technical partner for the sales and customer success teams

What We’re Looking For
* AI and Data: Strong background in machine learning or data science. You have experience taking AI use cases from prototype to production, from evaluating model performance and managing the technical trade-offs to ensuring system and operational readiness
* Engineering Background: 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with high proficiency in Python or Go and comfortable working across the full stack to ship features and fixes independently
* Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience building and maintaining production-grade systems in a fast-paced environment
* Infrastructure & DevOps: Practical experience managing cloud environments using AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform
* Data Fluency: Ability to query and analyze system logs and performance data to identify bottlenecks in the user journey
* AI Native: You have integrated AI tools deeply into your workflow to automate repetitive tasks, debug faster and increase your personal engineering velocity
* Execution Focus: You have a "systems-first" mindset and enjoy designing the structures and "Minimum Viable Processes" that allow a technical team to move fast without sacrificing reliability
