Job Description About your tasks: Own and evolve our Sponsored Products ecosystem, including auction mechanics, bidding logic, and relevance models to continuously improve performance and ad quality Drive the development of retail media data products, such as first-party audience segments, attribution models, and measurement frameworks in collaboration with Data & AI teams Shape the advertiser self-service platform, enabling seamless campaign creation, optimisation, and reporting for both marketplace sellers and programmatic buyers Build and scale experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, incrementality testing, and platform intelligence, to unlock continuous learning and revenue growth Partner cross-functionally with Retail Media, Marketing, and Category teams to align product development with business needs and maximise commercial impact
