Aufgaben The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) DE/CH is responsible for aligning employee engagement, performance, and organizational capability with business success across the German and Swiss business units. The role requires substantial hands-on experience working with the German Works Council (Betriebsrat) and deep knowledge of German co‑determination requirements. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor, employee champion, and change agent, partnering with business leaders, employee representatives, and external service providers to deliver compliant and sustainable HR solutions. In addition, the role includes responsibility for people operations and payroll administration in close collaboration with an external payroll provider, as well as a forward‑looking approach to data‑driven and AI‑enabled HR practices, ensuring full compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
