Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote assistance to clients and internal teams, with proper documentation.
Global Travel: Support system installations and troubleshooting at client sites worldwide.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project teams, and clients, communicating in German and English.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering, or related field.
Proficient in English (German is a bonus).
