Job Title:Senior Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with overseas channel partners (distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms) to achieve sales targets.
1. Market Strategy Execution
Conduct market analysis and research on channel dynamics; formulate sales plans/strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned territories.
1. Team Collaboration
Support channel sales team development and co-execute market expansion initiatives to collectively deliver performance objectives.
1. Solution-Driven Sales
Proactively address partner needs regarding products/services by delivering tailored solutions to accelerate sales velocity.
1. Performance Intelligence
Monitor sales pipelines, analyze competitor activities, identify revenue opportunities, and report market/consumer insights.
Qualifications
A. Experience
* 3+ years channel sales experience in vaping/tobacco-alternatives industry
* Proven track record with German channels:
▪️ FMCG (e.g. EDEKA, REWE)
▪️ Tobacco specialty stores
▪️ E-commerce (Amazon DE, Zalando)
▪️ Mid-market distributors (Preferred)
B. Core Competencies
* Expertise in sales techniques: negotiation, relationship building, business development
* Analytical proficiency: MS Office Suite, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales KPI dashboards
* Language fluency : English (C1+)、German (Native/C2) - Mandatory for contract negotiations

D. Willing to travel, hold German driving lisence is a must
