Your tasks
7. Ensuring on-time delivery in Operation CH-53 by providing effective support to managers.
8. Optimize lead times through continuous process improvements to increase efficiency.
9. Monitor and control cost budgets, including personnel costs, material costs and investment costs.
10. Analyzing workload versus capacity in procurement management, including profitability calculations and procurement processes.
11. Planning and implementation of small to medium sized projects to identify and reduce inefficient processes.
12. Contributing to the improvement of and compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental and health protection standards.
13. Ensuring compliance with requirements and defining appropriate measures in the event of deviations.
14. Supporting the integration of regulations into the myCES system and instructing external companies in the area of building responsibility.
Your profile
15. Degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, economics or manufacturing systems.
16. Experience in engineering, project management and technical documentation.
17. Knowledge of coordinating external companies and creating 5W and 8D reports.
18. Proficient in MS Office and SAP, especially in detailed functions.
19. Business fluent in German and proficient in English.
20. Ability to work in a team as well as an independent, flexible and analytical way of working with strong communication skills.
