Payroll Project Manager The role is located on the outskirts of Frankurt! Position Overview: The Project Manager for Payroll (m/f/x) is responsible for overseeing the coordination, implementation, and execution of SAP HR Payroll projects for our client. This position requires strong analytical abilities to collaborate with cross-functional divisions across the organization to define business requirements. We are seeking a candidate with experience in project management within the HR field, ideally with a focus on payroll. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of HR payroll projects. Manage and guide project scope, budgets, and timelines to meet goals and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans. Track project tasks and resources using relevant tools. Collaborate with various functional teams to develop requirement statements. Regularly track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders. Coordinate closely with business units, IT departments, and Magna suppliers. Provide ongoing support to the project team. Implement and manage changes throughout the project to ensure optimal outcomes. Conduct project evaluations and assess results. Required Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office. Experience with MS Project or Asana is a plus. Knowledge of time management and payroll processes. Familiarity with SAP HR is an advantage, but not required. Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken. Strong English language skills, both written and spoken. Exceptional organizational and planning abilities. Effective team communication skills. Understanding of HR processes. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
