Your Tasks
* Planning and implementation of HR measures for a defined employee/supervision area at the Manching site
* Guidance and support of managers in personnel planning, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, transfers, training and personnel development planning, and succession planning, considering all legal, contractual, operational, and collective agreement regulations
* Conducting employee and management discussions such as contact, transfer, development, absence and disciplinary meetings
* Advising managers on leadership issues, including active participation in the design and implementation of corporate leadership training programmes
* Supporting the implementation of prescribed organizational changes in relation to HR matters
* Initiating and implementing job evaluations in compliance with collective agreement and company regulations, including classification according to the evaluation results
* Implementing compensation measures
* Informing departments about HR policies and processes
* Participating in the creation and negotiation of local collective agreements
Your Profile
* Completed Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or comparable studies with a focus on HR, Management, or a similar qualification
* Professional experience in an operational HR environment is essential
* Basic knowledge of individual and collective labor law as well as collective agreements in the metal industry is required
* Experience and know-how in the management of HR projects is necessary
* Very good MS Office skills are required
* Knowledge of SAP and its detailed functions is essential
* Experience with Workday is desirable
* Fluent German and English language skills are essential
