Our leading real estate client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Product Owner to oversee and drive the successful delivery and optimisation of their D365 platform, covering both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) modules. The client required candidates to be in the office 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary Product Owner for the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
* Own the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation of enhancements across both F&O and CE.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, define user stories, and ensure smooth delivery.
* Hold system integrators and vendors to account, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to governance standards.
* Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of D365 processes to support the organisation’s digital transformation strategy.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar leadership role within Dynamics 365 (both F&O and CE).
* Strong understanding of business processes within the real estate or property management sector.
* Experience managing third-party vendors or system integrators.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
