Your role in our team
:
1. You are developing the sales and demand plans of a product unit by collecting, updating, evaluating, and steering all relevant information and findings from the market environment.
2. In your role you analyze and challenge the deviations between the demand and the capacity planning of the factories, the availability bottlenecks, and the restrictions.
3. You are the primary point of contact to the factories for the product unit to create a feasible demand plan.
4. Through interdisciplinary exchange with various interface areas you understand the drivers behind the demand forecast and you ensure the smooth and transparent communication of relevant information to the market.
5. Your efforts will empower management to identify gaps to target and to take corrective action.
6. The results of your work will also be used by supply chain to ensure the right products are manufactured at the right time, improving In-Stock Availability whilst avoiding the creation of waste and high inventory levels.
7. You actively contribute to the enhancement of our planning software (SAP IBP).
Your profile:
8. You have a degree in business administration or in the field of MINT.
9. In addition, you have initial experience in the field of order processing; logistics or material procurement in a technical, preferably international, environment would be an advantage.
10. Your working method is problem-solving oriented and characterized by analytical thinking.
11. You will convince us with your high level of comprehension and ability to familiarize yourself independently with new subject areas.
12. You are confident in using your German and English skills (spoken and written).
