Job Summary
The transportation, logistics, and the trailer industry are undergoing a transformation. So, this is a unique opportunity to become a part of a brand-new start-up venture where you’ll be shaping solutions with the shared goal of digitization of logistics fleets and workshops across Europe. In this role, you will be the fleet operator champion, driving sales and building successful partnerships within the German market to effectively grow this new venture. Essential Functions / Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators and managers across Germany, recognizing them as valued partners in our ecosystem.
* Build and manage a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified leads and actively seek out profitable business opportunities.
* Clearly articulate the value proposition of our solution, e.G. through digital demos
* Work together with our Customer Success Specialist and Product Marketing Manager, and tailor sales strategies to support growth.
* Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new fleet partners, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support.
* Develop an industry network to generate organic leads and create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Stay up to date on trends and challenges within the industry, using that knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as sales quotas, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
* Whilst the above outlines the main duties of the post the list is not exhaustive, and duties may need to change in the light of future developments or from time to time as directed by your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS environment or fleet management sector.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively connect with fleet operators and managers.
* Experience selling SaaS solutions and demonstrating their value proposition to potential customers.
* Strong existing network in logistics/transport industry
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Mandatory. Any other European language is a distinct advantage.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.G., Salesforce or Hubspot) and other sales tools.
* Team player, able to work and communicate closely with peers in cross-functional and international teams to reach common goals.
* Willingness to travel to stakeholders across the Germany.
* Job is based out of Ruhrgebiet Nordrhein Westfalen, under a German working contract
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
