Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and promote our client's brand in Northern Germany.
- Manage a two-tier distribution model, engaging contractors and consultants.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs and distributors to maximize market penetration.
- Ensure knowledge of products and solutions is widespread in the region.
- Visit job sites to guarantee proper integration of solutions and products.
- Report to senior management on performance metrics and market development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in two-tier distribution.
- Strong track record in launching and developing new markets.
- Excellent sales acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred:
- Mechanical Engineering or technical qualifications.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in sales.
- Located within 30km of Hannover.
