The team is growing fast and now preparing for the next big step: a new production plant in Dormagen. What will you do? You will, together with the project director, take the lead on a high-impact project that combines engineering, people management and sustainability. From day one, you are responsible for delivering a fully operational factory that meets the company’s high standards. Lead the Dormagen plant project from initial design to go-live over a two-year period Manage engineering, contractors, stakeholders, and timelines Collaborate with R&D in Munich for smooth tech transfer Take ownership of quality, safety and stakeholder communication throughout the build What do you bring? You combine technical knowledge with a hands-on mentality. You are ready to work internationally and can confidently lead complex projects. Background in mechanical, chemical, production engineering or similar Several years of experience in a production or project-based environment Fluent in both German and English Ability to work in Germany (no visa support offered) A collaborative leader with strong stakeholder management skills Willingness to work in Munich for the first six months, followed by relocation to the Dormagen region Bonus: knowledge of QA or safety procedures, and an interest in sustainable food innovation What’s in it for you?
