NUCLIDIUM is a pioneering radiopharmaceutical startup focused on developing next-generation diagnostic and therapeutic solutions to address high unmet medical needs in oncology. As we expand our product pipeline and move forward with clinical trials, we are looking for a highly motivated, independent, and dynamic Scientific Project Manager to join our growing team in Munich. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the development of our radiopharmaceutical products from bench to bedside, manage scientific collaborations across institutions and geographies, and actively contribute to the growth and innovation of a fast-paced startup. Scientific Project Manager (m/f/d) Lead discovery and preclinical activity and translation into human for novel radiopharmaceutical compounds Coordinate the work of our collaboration partners, ensuring timely completion and quality of the deliverables Coordination of material suppliers and logistics during preclinical phases Monitor progress, analyse data, draw conclusions, and ensure timely communication of results to relevant stakeholders Assist the Head of Pharmaceutical Development in building a network of collaborators Tracking project milestones and costs Master's degree (or higher) in natural sciences or equivalent Three years of experience in the research field Demonstrated communicative ability, pragmatism, and a cooperative nature Capability of analysing and presenting scientific data Familiarity with research and development in the healthcare field Diligence in planning, execution, and documentation of project plans and deliverables Independent, self-driven, and able to execute tasks with minimal oversight Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Merlin Project and ChemDraw or similar Strong technical writing ability (English & German), presentation and verbal communication skills (English & German) Availability to travel to scientific partner’s sites and scientific conferences (ca. 20% of the time in average) NUCLIDIUM is a high-tech start-up, shaping the future of cancer care The chance to work closely with international research leaders and contribute to the launch of groundbreaking technologies A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and science-driven environment Permanent full-time position Profession: Scientific Project Manager Role reports to Head of Pharmaceutical Development Location: Munich (downtown) Travel: Regular travel within EU (incl.
