You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following mission:
1. Sales, revenue and productivity responsibility for respective categories
2. Ownership in assortment definition and brand management as well as product lifecycle of a defined area for b&m and e-Commerce in parallel with assortment and category strategy
3. Ownership for suppliers in area of responsibility (business meetings/ reviews and follow ups, define joint opportunities
4. Definition of commercial, activation and promotion plan in collaboration with revenue & growth department
5. Monitoring and review analysis of market, supplier and brand/ product performances as well as budget based on internal KPI’s
6. Providing sales & turnover reporting/ learnings and analysis for decision making and continuous improvement (assortment, pricing, positioning improvements)
7. Complete overview on existing as well as new floorplans for further planning and actions (including store openings and renovation)
8. Take responsibility for merchandising updates/ orders incl. localization as well as delivery for corner and store openings
9. Strong collaboration with internal departments including supply chain, CRM, retail, finance and digital teams to deliver integrated consumer-centric strategy that will drive growth, profitability and brands performance as well as central teams and provide feedback and input accordingly
10. Close collaboration with visual merchandising team on gondola updates, retail excellence, brands activations and brand network changes throughout the year
11. Negotiation with EME teams and suppliers on additional brands investment to increase profit and brand loyalty as well as localize centrally negotiated elements
12. Improving internal and centralized processes/ tools for better productivity & internal collaboration
13. Lead Junior Category & Category managers

14. Minimum 6 year on same or similar position, good knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles – product, brand & trade marketing knowledge focus
15. Profound knowledge of the Beauty Industry
16. Understanding of data analysis and calculation methods with focus on excel files
17. Proficient in MS Office – advanced user
18. An analytical mind with a strategic ability
19. Excellent communication skills (English is a must)
20. Good organisational skills
21. Be able to work in agile & flexible environment
22. Strong negotiation skills
