Job description
As Account Manager North/West Germany, you hold a key commercial position responsible for expanding business across one of the organization’s most important regional markets within the healthcare is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role in which you act as the primary partner for both new and existing customers, including hospitals, nursing homes, and care institutions. You combine commercial drive with a strong understanding of healthcare environments, helping customers implement solutions that improve daily care g autonomously from a home-office base, you manage the full sales cycle and contribute directly to sustainable growth in your territory.
1. Drive new business development across the North/West German region
2. Acquire new healthcare customers and build long-term partnerships
3. Manage and expand existing accounts by identifying needs and offering complementary solutions
4. Engage with key decision-makers, including procurement teams, medical management, and end users
5. Track market developments, customer trends, and commercial opportunities
6. Maintain accurate pipeline management and customer documentation via CRM systems
7. Support the launch and rollout of new products within the German market
8. Represent the organization professionally as the regional face of the business
Requirements
You are a commercially minded and customer-oriented sales professional who thrives in healthcare-related environments. You build trust easily, work independently, and recognize opportunities in complex settings.
9. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial healthcare-related role
10. Medical or nursing education is a strong advantage, or proven sector affinity
11. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
12. Structured, proactive, and results-driven working style
13. Comfortable working remotely with frequent customer visits
14. Willingness to travel regularly within the region, including overnight stays
15. C2 level of German and good working proficiency in English
16. Experience with Microsoft tools and CRM systems
17. You reside in the Bremen/Hamburg area (Germany)
