Dr Ansay is an international health tech and e-commerce company with digital DNA. We develop products that make our users' everyday lives easier and smarter - fast, lean and user-centred. Our product team is responsible for apps with high growth potential in direct B2C customer access.
Your mission
You will be responsible for the further development of one of our mobile apps. In this role, you will steer the product roadmap, implement features in line with real user needs and work closely with Engineering, UX, QA and C-Level. Your goal: a mobile experience that inspires - functional, intuitive and scalable.
Your tasks
* Responsibility for the mobile product roadmap, feature delivery and prioritisation
* Management of the product development process from discovery to release
* Close collaboration with design, UX research and development teams
* Analysis of user behaviour (e.g. via Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
* Derivation of data-driven decisions for conversion optimisation
* KPI monitoring: retention, engagement, activation, DAUs/MAUs
Your profile
* Degree in business, IT, UX, media or similar.
* At least 5 years of experience as a product manager in a mobile or eCommerce context
* Deep understanding of app users, conversion funnels & app KPIs
* Experience with agile product development (Scrum/Kanban)
* Confident in prioritising according to user value, feasibility & business impact
* Very good knowledge of German (at least B2), English an advantage
Nice-to-have:
* Experience with international app rollouts or app store optimisation
* Technical understanding (Flutter, Swift, React Native)
* Industry experience in B2C, Health, FinTech or regulated markets
