To ensure that only the best products reach our customers, we are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Manager to take full ownership of our supplier compliance and the "Positive Release" process.
Precision in Food Safety
Batch Release Management: You perform the "Positive Release" for incoming product batches by meticulously reviewing supplier laboratory results and certificates of analysis (CoA).
Compliance Check: You verify all lab data against specific KoRo requirements and legal food safety standards to ensure 100% conformity.
Risk Mitigation: As a key interface in our Supplier Quality Management, you ensure that no non-conforming goods enter our active inventory.
You will actively work on scaling and digitizing our Quality Management through the further development of SOPs, digital forms, and automated workflows.
Experience: You have 3-4 years of professional experience in the food industry, specifically in Quality Management, Laboratory Coordination, or Food Safety.
Expertise: You have a deep understanding of food analysis, lab parameters, and
what "safe food" looks like on paper.
