Product Manager - Customer Success (m/f/d)

In this position, you are the leader and end-to-end owner of one of our product segments and dedicated to driving its growth. You are the product, customer, and market expert for the rest of the organization inside your scope. You are responsible for shaping and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap delivery, in balance with guiding the team and achieving the financial and customer satisfaction goals.


Your mission

* Make your Product a success - Manage with a high scale of freedom the product life-cycle (discovery, ideation, prioritization, delivery, and follow-through) of the Customer success scope dedicated to activation, retention, and long-term value creation. The scope includes key areas like registration, onboarding, and (re-)activation; transparency & engagement (dashboards, orders, claims); customer-locking (loyalty systems, part library); payment infra; and analytics (tracking)

* Work on the right things - Determine and prioritize the right initiatives by understanding customer pain points, company strategy, market trends, and competitive activity

* Perform great in an A-level team - Define requirements, write/communicate effective user stories, and manage your scope roadmap. Work together with a cross functional team of engineers, designers, and metal experts to solve problems, deliver new solutions and iterate existing initiatives

* Make customers the center - Engage with customers through multiple channels and serve as the customer voice inside the organization. Guarantee an outstanding customer experience and value

* Drive growth - Monitor product performance to confirm that results meet specified requirements and objectives. Do, learn and iterate iterate fast to achieve the best results

* Succeed with stakeholders - Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and other product teams to guarantee that the best initiatives are being built, conditions for success are in place, and alignment is gained across teams. Ensure the organization is prepared for successful launches


Your profile

* Bachelor’s or an advanced degree in engineering, business, software development, marketing, data, or related fields

* 3+ years of experience in Software Product Management and complex web technologies, ideally in the customer facing scopes of marketplaces, ecommerce, B2B industry, or other online platforms

* Strong capabilities in funnel analysis, automations, customer-centric optimizations, and systems integrations. Excellent analytical skills, with 2+ years of experience with data analysis tools, for example SQL, Excel, data visualization/transformation, pivot tables or similar. Programming and AI literacy is a strong plus

* Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English, being able to interact with stakeholders inside and outside the company

* Enjoy working on a complex product while being entirely passionate for technology and the digitalization of the traditional manufacturing industry. You challenge the status quo everyday.

* Hands-on approach to find solutions and get ownership of your own work results. Feel comfortable with a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment

* By 3 months: You’ve become an important collaborator to the product lifecycle and decision-making
