PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Provide support to action center deployment to retailers in Benelux, Italy, Iberia, Austria, Czech, Slovakia, Germany, France, ensuring consistency and alignment with the overall project goals within the region.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deployment Planning: Develop and lead market-specific rollout plans, define milestones, and manage resources
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with global, regional, and local teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption
* Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for deployment updates, challenges, and reporting
* Training & Support: Lead training sessions and provide hands-on support during virtual classroom sessions and deployment phases
* Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress using tools like Tableau, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals
* Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain contingency plans
* Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and implement enhancements to the deployment process

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, automotive economics or a comparable qualification
* At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry Thorough understanding of business processes and models in the automotive industry
* Experience in project or change management in a multinational environment
* Good stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel within the EU if required
* Background in the automotive industry
* Familiarity with cross-functional and intercultural teams
* Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
* Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Tableau, reporting dashboards)
* Ability to lead training and support virtual learning environments
* Problem solving and risk management skills
