Your tasks
Process design: Creation, maintenance and optimization of complex work plans for vehicle assembly.
Time management & analyses: Carrying out process analyses, determining planned times and comparing variants (using REFA/MTM).
Interface management: Close coordination with the assembly and design departments to ensure smooth production start-ups.
Data management: Independent maintenance of master data, scheduling parameters and production orders in the SAP system.
Change management: Continuous adaptation of work plans in the event of changes to parts lists or drawings.
Project work: Active participation in cross-departmental projects to increase efficiency.
Your profile
Qualifications: Degree in (industrial) engineering or further training as a technician (m/f/d) with sound practical experience.
Experience: Several years of professional experience in work preparation, ideally in vehicle construction or a comparable assembly environment.
IT skills: Confident handling of SAP (PP/MM modules) and the usual MS Office applications.
Methodological skills: REFA or MTM training is an advantage.
Soft skills: Structured, analytical way of working paired with team spirit and initiative.
Languages: Business fluent German and good written and spoken English.
