About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning talent strategy with business objectives. You’ll work closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, champion HR processes, and ensure compliance with local legislation. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with line management to provide strategic HR guidance.
* Conduct regular meetings with business units to address needs and challenges.
* Resolve complex employee relations issues with thorough and objective investigations.
* Provide day-to-day performance management support to leadership.
* Partner with Talent Development to gather insights and support workforce growth.
* Foster positive work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
* Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and interpreted.
* Consult with internal legal counsel on sensitive personnel matters.
* Develop employment terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
* Align HR practices with the company's Talent & Reward policies.
* Provide insights on workforce planning, succession planning, and business restructuring.
* Identify and address training and development needs within the organization.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a talented HR professional with the following qualifications and skills:
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
* Fluency in English and French (German is a plus!).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and proactive in problem-solving.
* Creative thinker with a structured approach to managing workload.
