<p>Job Title: Product Manager</p><p><br></p><p>Reports to: Regional Product Lead / Headquarters Product Team Leader</p><p><br></p><p>Job Overview</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to drive end-to-end product lifecycle management and support regional business growth. This role is responsible for product planning, promotion, technical collaboration, and cross-functional coordination to deliver localized product solutions and maximize market performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>1. Product Life cycle Management</p><p>- Oversee the full product life cycle, including the NPI launch process, EOL (End of Life) planning, product enhancement feedback , and quality issue handling for recurring faults or software bugs.</p><p>1. Product strategy & planning and knowledge Management</p><p>- Develop product promotion and market strategies jointly with sales, marketing, and HQ teams.</p><p>- Manage the regional product road map, and define and communicate launch plans.</p><p>- Manage product documents and software resources on internal SharePoint and partner portals, ensuring timely updates and proper version control.</p><p>- Conduct product introductions and demonstrations for partners and customers, and deliver internal product training for the team.</p><p>1. Product Requirements & Competitive Analysis</p><p>- Lead requirements scoping and management, and collect and feed back new requirements.</p><p>- Conduct competitive analysis and report market intelligence collected .</p><p>1. Marketing & Event Support</p><p>- Support marketing activities, including website product related content creation, campaign materials, blogs, and product launch events.</p><p>- Participate in industry exhibitions, and support on-site design, setup, and event execution.</p><p>- Organize product conferences and roadshows, and provide resources and presentations focused on new launches and the product road map.</p><p>1. Partner & Commercial Management</p><p>- Manage integrators, distributors, and end users, and maintain the price book.</p><p>- Issue internal and external product notifications in a timely manner.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p><br></p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.</p><p>2. Proven experience in product life cycle management, product marketing, or B2B product management.</p><p>3. Familiarity with the NPI process, EOL management, and cross-regional product coordination.</p><p>4. Strong market insight, competitive analysis skills, and business acumen.</p><p>5. Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-team collaboration skills.</p><p>6. Proficiency with office tools, SharePoint, and other document management systems.</p><p>7. Ability to coordinate with HQ, sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive product initiatives.</p><p>8. Willingness to travel for exhibitions, conferences, and customer events.</p><p>9. Can accept 5 days of onsite work.</p><p><br></p><p>Bonus Skills</p><p><br></p><p>- Experience in relevant technical product industries is preferred.</p><p>- Familiarity with the B2B partner ecosystem.</p><p>- Strong written and spoken English for cross-regional communication.</p><p></p>
