Project Manager (m/f/d) for International Marine Projects
Your position in our crew
* Managing interfaces between internal and external stakeholders, including communication with authorities and subcontractors, as well as overseeing on-site project execution at national and international locations.
* Defining clear KPIs to assess project performance and supporting NVL teams in implementing efficient processes, reporting standards, and organizational development initiatives.
* Analyzing company-wide processes on both national and international levels, addressing discrepancies, and establishing standardized guidelines to ensure alignment.
* Utilizing your proactive and solution-oriented approach to optimize existing processes and actively contribute to the acceleration and improvement of project-related workflows.
What’s in your kitbag
* A master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
* Certification in PMI or IPMA is an advantage.
* Several years of experience in senior project management roles, ideally within international projects in the defense sector and managing large-scale budgets.
* Professional experience in the shipbuilding or aerospace industry, as well as working with government institutions, is desirable.
* A cooperative and participative leadership style with the ability to inspire employees toward innovation and results-oriented work.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
