Channel Sales Manager Europe (m/f/d)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers and fill channel gaps, ensuring our products and services reach a broader audience for the brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. This position partners with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain to achieve business goals with our stationary retails and online partners across Europe. This position can be based either in our Saarbruecken office or as a hybrid role within Germany. This position may require business travel (20%) to partners and customers throughout Europe.
Your Tasks:
* Identify and target potential new customers to fill existing channel gaps.
* Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand market reach in the Stationary Stores and E-Commerce Business in Europe.
* Create marketing materials that effectively translate the value and benefits of our products into compelling customer and sales communications.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing channel partners.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and promotions.
* Looks at the competition, monitors and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* Provide regular reports on channel performance and customer acquisition efforts.
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques, Merchandising.
* Manage Sales and Marketing Budget for Channel and E-Commerce and Coordinate and track success of channel program efforts, such as promotional events.
* Strategically plan and review forecasts sales numbers, indicate and manage growth of new customers while maximizing our current customers.
Your Qualifications:
* Completed degree (Bachelor) in a Business or Marketing Discipline or comparable education.
* 6+ years combined experience in Sales, Marketing & Sales Enablement-related roles, with a key focus on B2B Sales and new customer acquisition.
* Fluent knowledge of English and German, additional European language desired but not required.
* Strong communication and a growth mindset with persistence facing rejections or setbacks.
* Highly motivated with good planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
