About the opportunity

Contentful is hiring an exceptional Senior Product Manager to drive the next generation of content creation and design experiences for our enterprise customers.

This is a unique, zero-to-one opportunity to define how the way marketers and designers operate at scale. Your focus will be on building new products that unify modern design systems, scalable workflows, and emerging AI technologies into enterprise-grade solutions utilized by the world’s largest brands.

You will be evolving Contentful from a powerful content platform into a seamless, unified environment where marketers, designers, and developers can collaborate. While AI tools are abundant, very few meet the rigorous demands of the enterprise. In this role, you will tackle this challenge head-on: converting breakthrough AI capabilities into reliable, compliant, and elegant workflows that marketers and designers can trust for their most critical digital experiences.

What to expect

1. Lead the vision for next-generation experience creation within Contentful’s DXP, ensuring our tools support enterprise-scale governance, flexibility, and composable architecture.
2. Develop new, innovative solutions from the ground up that transform how enterprise marketing teams create and manage digital experiences.
3. Ensure delivery excellence of high-quality products by collaborating effectively with engineering, design, and research teams.
4. Explore and apply AI-powered capabilities to accelerate workflows — from generating content and layouts to helping designers adapt and import designs faster.
5. Turn complex technical workflows into seamless solutions marketers love, and help communicate their value.
6. Drive discovery with marketers, designers, and developers to deeply understand their processes and identify opportunities for step-change improvements.
7. Balance rapid iteration with enterprise-grade standards of reliability, quality, and compliance.
8. Define clear success metrics, measure adoption and impact, and use insights to continuously improve.
9. Collaborate with go-to-market teams to bring innovative solutions to market and drive strong customer adoption.
10. Communicate vision, progress, and outcomes broadly across the company to inspire alignment and excitement.

What you need to be successful

11. A motivated and resilient mindset with the grit to push forward in ambiguity and turn vision into reality.
12. Customer-obsessed: you start with the user’s problem, not the technology, and you relentlessly push for impact.
13. 5+ years in product management, ideally in enterprise SaaS
14. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
15. Analytical and structured thinker who can reason from first principles, identify the core problem, and size opportunities.
16. Comfortable in explaining technical concepts to customers, partners, and internal audiences
17. Solid technical background and knowledge of the development lifecycle.

Bonus points if you have:

18. Experience building products for marketers, designers, or other creative professionals.
19. Understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, design to code — and how they can be applied to enhance creation, design, and content workflows.
20. Technical fluency that helps you collaborate effectively with engineers.
