The ideal candidate would live near Northern Europe and travel to our Barsbüttel home office every two months for 2-3 days.
Typical pay for this position is 75.000-85.000 EUR annually. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected. This position may also be eligible for a bonus not included in the base pay range.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. You will be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the B2B countries and customers assigned to you in Europe.
2. You will find new customers and sales approaches to bring our products to our consumers.
3. Together with the sales and marketing team, you will ensure the development and implementation of product launches, channel strategies, and promotions.
4. You will be responsible for volume and sales planning at the customer level.
5. You will conduct market observation to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities for our brands and work on their implementation.
6. You will work closely with the marketing, logistics, finance, e-commerce, and service teams.
Education and/or Experience

13. Good cooperation in an international, diverse team of colleagues, partners, other stakeholders, and subject matter experts
14. Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
