Actively participate in the development and implementation of the new business and operating model for Vestacy within the region. Ensure compliance with global HR policies and procedures while adapting to local regulations and practices, Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance management and leadership development Collaborate with the global HR team to design and deliver development initiatives that support business goals Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive data‑informed decision‑making Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for HR initiatives Implement changes in the organisation to support organisational transformation and growth Oversee HR‑related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Jobs to be done Implement the HR Operations model for the DACH region to enable Vestacy to operate as a fully independent company, while leading the overall change process across the region. Particular focus will be placed on Reward topics and HR Operations. Ensure stable HR processes throughout the transition period for all market‑based entities, while continuously improving and aligning processes to support a strategic and future‑oriented HR approach. Manage labour relations by ensuring compliance with local labour laws and collective agreements across Europe. Develop strategies for conflict resolution, effective negotiation, and fostering constructive, trust‑based relationships between management and employees. Maintain, with the help of the CFC Controller, the People Plan of the region. Lead stakeholder management for LT‑1 within the region, working on succession planning, talent model and performance assessments. The experience we're looking for Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field More than 5 years of profound work experience in the area of HR (HR Business Partner, HR Manager) in a complex, changing environment Proven experience as an HR BP or in a similar role, managing different functions in commercial and supply areas Experience with Transformation Projects: Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing transformation projects Labor Relations Expertise: Expert‑level union relations leadership with experience in managing large‑scale collective bargaining agreements in highly regulated European markets Strategic People Cost Management: Proven experience in managing people costs, including workforce budgeting and cost control in lean organisational structures Nice to have Commercial Operations: Comprehensive understanding of various distribution models and go‑to‑market strategies. Deep knowledge of markets: familiarity with market trends, customer need and competitive dynamics Functional skills Very good knowledge of German constitution law (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz) and good experience in the collaboration with worker’s council Confident handling of collective agreements and the negotiation of works council agreements Good knowledge of local labour law Strong understanding of HR practices, policies Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software (Success Factors, OrgVue) Experience in stakeholder management, change management and project management. Personal skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities Must be fluent in German and English - Any additional language is an advantage.
