KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Solutions Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As a Logistics Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take ownership of complex international transport solutions for large-scale energy projects and ensure that critical components reach their destination safely, efficiently, and on time. From heavy goods and oversized transports to highly customized logistics concepts, you will play a key role in enabling the global energy transition.Working in an international project environment, you will coordinate logistics partners, customers, and internal stakeholders across multiple regions while managing budgets, risks, schedules, and transport strategies. You will contribute your expertise during both the tender and execution phases, developing innovative logistics concepts tailored to customer and country-specific requirements.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Management and coordination of heavy goods, ODC, and general cargo shipments, including budget responsibility, cost calculation, savings identification, and risk minimization
2. Steering and coordination of international logistics teams to ensure smooth transport chains during project execution
3. Support of project tender phases through development of complex transport concepts for international technical large-scale projects in line with customer and project requirements
4. Conducting risk assessments and evaluations as well as reviewing customer specifications and EPC contracts
5. Management of international logistics and service providers while ensuring compliance with transport contracts, costs, deadlines, and contractual requirements
6. Coordination of transport concepts with international internal and external stakeholders and project partners
What You Bring
7. Completed commercial or technical training, ideally as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk with several years experience in project logistics, ideally within international projects and complex logistics solutions or university degree in Business Administration or Logistics Management with first relevant experience
8. Experience working in international cross-functional teams with strong coordination skills and solid knowledge of logistics and contract law
9. Fluent English and ideally good German skills together with good MS Office and ideally SAP knowledge
10. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills combined with customer orientation, assertiveness, and a proactive mindset for process improvement and innovation
