You'll actively manage our business partners to align common goals and strategy implementation in line with our Priorities on the pathway to 2035.Master's degree or Diploma in pharmaceutical, chemical or business administration with additional several years of relevant experienceSeveral years of experience in Category Management or internationally action sourcing organizationsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision making at business partnersProven ability to develop and align a Category Strategy – as well as its implementation within Sourcing and with business partnersCapability to professionally manage business partners as well as suppliers on conceptual level, e.g. managing project portfolio for next few yearsStrong financial acumen and ability to analyze suppliers' financial statementsExcellent communication skills in English and GermanApplications from persons with severe disabilities are warmly welcomed.
