Senior Product Manager – Temperature Sensor Solutions
Greater Frankfurt region, Germany.
Are you a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in temperature sensors? This is a rare opportunity to lead the strategic and commercial development of a growing sensor assembly portfolio for high-impact markets (HVAC, data centre, industrial, F&B).
You’ll drive product strategy and roadmap, P&L, pricing, and new product launches, working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain whilst managing one direct report.
Senior Product Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute product strategy and roadmap
* Lead new product launches and lifecycle management
* Own P&L, pricing strategy and margin targets
* Build strong OEM and channel relationships
* Work with operations to optimise supply chain and cost structure
* Monitor market trends and competitor developments
Requirements:
* Relevant technical degree in electronic engineering, or equivalent.
* Solid experience in the temperature sensor industry
* Proven success scaling or transforming sensor product lines
* Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, cost modelling)
* Technical understanding of sensor design and reliability
* Experience working with manufacturing and supply chain teams
* Customer/OEM-facing skills and market intuition
* Leadership experience (direct team and cross-functional)
