For our prestigious client in the aerospace industry in Munich you will be working as a Project Manager – Software Development (m/w/d)
Your responsibilities:
* Define and maintain project resources, road maps, schedules, budgets, track milestones and deliverables
* Align and coordinate the cross functional teams that deliver to the projects
* Capture, prioritize, and document project requirements and (jira) work packages with the stakeholders
* Identify and mitigate risks; enforce quality standards, test strategies, CI/CD pipelines
* Communicate progress to stakeholders; produce status reports and executive briefings
* Act as central communication interface for all Stakeholders and Management including KPI and progress reporting
* Working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Requirements Engineers, you will coordinate cross-functional development teams and promote agile working methods
Your profile:
* Completed studies in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication Engineering + 5 years leading software projects or comparable
* Experience as (Multi-) project manager in software development or similar role
* Proven mastery of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or classic PM frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP)
* Solid understanding of agile software development including test- and release management processes
* Experience in military communications or defense industry is a plus
* Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
