Job Description Job Description Title : Sr. Business Development & Sales Manager - EMEA Reports to: Managing Director EMEA Based in: Germany (Munich Office) or Europe The Company: Ambarella, the worldwide leader in AI vision, HD and 8K video, is on a mission to bring AI and computer vision to wide variety of commonly used devices, from surveillance cameras to robots to autonomous cars. In this position you will manage sales activities in EMEA including all video markets, with specific sales targets, including sales of Ambarella’s IP camera, robotics and emerging markets. Key responsibilities: Identify and drive design wins maximizing sales revenue from specific target accounts. Maintain sales forecasting, deliver bi-weekly market and sales reports to executive team. Drive design wins at targeted IP security camera, robotics, Automotive and emerging markets customers; both professional and consumer. Collaborate with marketing and engineering departments to help project management at key customers. Work with marketing team to target strategic edge AI customers in EMEA driving Ambarella’s edge AI solutions adoption. Secure PR activities with customers around key design wins and work with marketing to bring them into public domain; raising technology leadership and Ambarella’s profile. Education and Experience Requirement: BA minimum. BSEE preferred. Minimum of seven years of semiconductor sales management including managing / developing strategic account relationships organically. Experience navigating large and complex customer organizations to gain access to influential executives, engineering and purchasing personnel. Excellent networking capabilities both internally facing and externally with customers. Experience selling complex semiconductor solutions with significant systems and software elements; knowledge of video and imaging technologies a strong plus. Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and work collaboratively as part of a go-to-market team. Fluent English, both written and spoken; preferred proficiency in German.
