* Analyze provided documentation, including machine operating instructions and safety regulations, and create accurate documentation of the manufacturing process to ensure independent work
* Execute draping on adidas standard mannequins to define design lines
* Convert draped designs into flat patterns
* Develop and finalize patterns that are production-ready and aligned with the customer innovation standards
* Collaborate with internal teams and act independently in delivering high-quality pattern solutions
* Proven experience in pattern cutting and garment development within performance or sports apparel
* Strong draping and flat pattern skills, ideally with innovation-driven design projects
* High attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly
* Independent working style with a consultancy mindset
* Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
