Introduction to the job
In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.
Role and responsibilities
One application, many opportunities: You apply simultaneously for different positions and specialist departments. During the initial interview, we will work together to determine where your experience and development goals can best be utilized.
In Metrology
1. Setting up and operating measuring equipment
2. Carrying out measurements according to work instructions, in some cases under cleanroom conditions
3. Measuring components using optical and tactile measuring systems, e.g. interferometers, 3D and 4D measuring machines
4. Documenting measurement data in reports on a PC
5. Evaluating measurement data on a PC using specialized measurement tools and software
In Quality Control
6. Visual inspection of manufactured parts according to specifications
7. Assembly and preparation of manufactured parts
8. Inspecting components for damage, incorrect contours, and other irregularities using magnifying glasses, calipers, microscopes, and defect templates
9. Creating quality reports and documenting production results
10. Maintaining and servicing inspection equipment
Education and experience
11. Completed technical vocational training or equivalent
12. Ideally initial professional experience in a production-related environment
13. Further training and professional experience in metrology/quality control are desirable
14. Good PC skills
15. Willingness to work in a three-shift system
Skills
16. Very good fine motor skills and a strong awareness of cleanliness and quality
17. Careful and independent working style
18. Motivation to familiarize yourself with and further develop in a specific manufacturing area
19. Reliability and punctuality
20. Ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals

An unserem Standort in Berlin fertigen unsere Mitarbeitenden Schlüsselkomponenten für die ASML Lithografiesysteme. Als Teil unserer Präzisionsfertigung unterstützt du bei der Produktion optischer Komponenten, Baugruppen sowie Systeme aus Glas, Glaskeramik und Keramik für unsere High-Tech-Kleinserien, Einzelteil- und Prototypenfertigung.

In der Messtechnik
30. Einrichten und Bedienen der Messanlagen
31. Durchführen der Messungen nach Arbeitsanweisungen, z. T. unter Reinraumbedingungen
32. Messen von Bauteilen mit Hilfe von optischen und taktilen Messanlagen z. B. Interferometer, 3D- und 4D-Messmaschinen
33. Dokumentieren der Messdaten in Protokollen am PC
34. Auswerten der Messdaten am PC mit speziellen Mess-Tools und -Programmen
In der Qualitätskontrolle
35. Optische Inspektion von Fertigungsteilen nach Vorgaben
36. Aufbau und Präparation von Fertigungsteilen
37. Kontrolle der Bauteile auf Beschädigungen, fehlerhaften Konturen und anderen Auffälligkeiten mittels Lupe, Messschieber, Mikroskop und Fehlerschablone
38. Erstellen von Qualitätsmeldungen und Dokumentation der Fertigungsergebnisse
39. Pflege und Wartung der Prüfmittel
Deine Qualifikation
40. Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Vergleichbares
41. Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im produktionsnahen Umfeld
42. Eine Weiterbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Messtechnik/Qualitätskontrolle ist wünschenswert
43. Gute PC-Kenntnisse
44. Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Drei-Schicht-System
