Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading German Architectural and Engineering consultancy, overseeing large and technically complex developments, with a strong focus on data centres and high-tech industrial projects across all HOAI phases (1–9).

Salary: €75,000 - €90,000 + package (based on experience)
Job Description
The Resolute Group is supporting a major German Architectural and Engineering firm seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic project delivery in Frankfurt. This position will take full responsibility for the successful execution of complex technical projects, including mission-critical facilities and data centres, from early concept and permitting through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day management and coordination for the successful delivery of projects across all relevant HOAI phases
* Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams (architecture, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants) to ensure efficient collaboration
* Supporting project planning including programme scheduling, cost tracking, and risk management
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, authorities, and project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
* Assisting with tendering, procurement processes, and coordination with contractors and suppliers
* Ensuring technical quality, adherence to project specifications, and compliance with German regulations and permitting requirements
* Supporting site supervision, monitoring project progress, and coordinating issue resolution during construction phases
* Preparing regular project updates and reports for clients and internal management
Requirements
* Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
* 5+ years professional experience, within Germany
* Proven experience delivering data centre / high-tech / industrial projects in Germany desirable
* Excellent knowledge of German building codes, VOB, HOAI, and permitting processes
* German C1+ fluency (essential), with strong English capability
