We are looking for an ambitious colleague to join our team as a Production Employee (m/f/d).
Aim of the position:
Full participation in shift work in production and involvement in ensuring the production process runs smoothly.
Your tasks:
1. Carrying out production processes in accordance with the applicable standard operating procedures and the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
2. Preparation, monitoring and cleaning of production facilities and equipment
3. Carrying out in-process checks and documenting the results in accordance with the specifications
4. Identifying and rectifying process-related malfunctions and problems during production
5. Compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during production
6. Participation in training and further education measures to stay up to date with current developments in pharmaceutical production
7. Working shifts and weekends (early/late/night/public holidays)
8. Collaboration in higher-level, cross-departmental projects as required
9. Interface communication with other departments
Your profile
10. Ideally, training in the chemical/pharmaceutical field
11. Several years of professional experience in a regulated environment (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, etc.); experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing desirable
12. Knowledge and experience with PLS controls
13. Proof of sufficient professional qualifications and relevant practical experience
14. Knowledge of working in a GMP environment desirable
15. Knowledge of working in Class D clean rooms desirable
16. Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (early/late/night)
17. Structured and responsible approach to work
