This is a hands-on role offering real ownership from early pre sales engagement through delivery and ongoing customer operations.

Fluent Mandarin and English
Take full ownership of multiple projects, managing the entire lifecycle from pre sales through implementation and customer handover
Plan, coordinate, and oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with a forward looking and solution-focused approach
Prepare and maintain all project initiation and governance documentation
Lead project teams on-site when required, motivating team members and driving performance
Travel to different project locations as required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or a closely related role
Proven experience delivering data centre, enterprise IT systems, or system integration projects
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in complex environments
Strong organisational, documentation, and time-management skills
Confident communicator who can adapt messaging to technical teams, management, and clients
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; German language skills are a strong plus
