For our client, a rapidly growing company in the building and electrical engineering sector, we are immediately seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d) for their Ahlen location. In this key role, you will assume comprehensive commercial and organizational management of demanding building services engineering (BSE) projects (focus: logistics and commercial centers). You will act as the central point of contact between clients, the company's own installation teams, and management. Your tasks
5. End-to-end project responsibility: You manage projects commercially from calculation and quotation preparation through change order management to final invoicing.
6. Project scope: You are responsible for construction projects with a volume between €500,000 and €1.5 million .
7. Technical coordination: They ensure the high-quality execution of all trades (including medium voltage, building services engineering, lighting, fire protection, security technology and building automation).
8. Communication management: You conduct confident negotiations with general contractors and subcontractors.
9. Quality assurance: They monitor project progress and check CAD plans for their technical feasibility.
Your profile
10. Qualification: You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) .
11. Experience: You bring sound practical experience in project management, ideally in industrial or commercial construction, and are confident in handling project volumes in the seven-figure range.
12. Expertise: You are proficient in commercial processing according to VOB/BGB as well as in the preparation of cost calculations.
13. IT skills: You are proficient in using industry-specific software and can professionally interpret CAD drawings.
14. Personality: They impress with their assertiveness, negotiating skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality .
