Business Partner Role

* Advise departments and managing directors on operational and strategic HR issues.
* Negotiate works agreements and conduct employee appraisals.

Requirements include at least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, expertise in German labor law and collective agreements, fluency in German and English, and experience in dynamic environments and project work.
