About your tasks:
* Drive finance‑related transformation projects and improvement initiatives.
* Develop and manage roadmaps, milestones and resource plans.
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment across finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
* Perform issue tracking, risk management, and project governance.
* Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all involved project members and stakeholders.
* Drive process improvements and support the adoption of new systems and ways of working.
* Ensure that solutions align with financial processes and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
About you:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field, with solid understanding of financial processes and structures.
* Approx. Five years of experience either in project management within finance/accounting or in accounting operations with a strong involvement in projects and transformation initiatives.
* Strong analytical and structured working style, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions and solutions.
* Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different functions and seniority levels.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in finance.
