Your Responsibilities:
Product Specification: Create comprehensive PRDs and specifications that turn ambitious ideas into executable plans for new, market-defining products.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, data science, product design (UX/UI), and user research teams to maximize the success of each initiative.
Insights Generation:Manage continuous discovery processes to uncover further user needs after launch, transforming findings into actionable insights and prioritized features.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-stakes digital health solutions.
Product Validation: Conduct final product validation to ensure our new offerings meet exceptional quality standards before reaching our customers.
What You Bring:
Must Have:
1. High work ethic with exceptional agency, can-do attitude, and ambition
2. Business, computer science, or data-related degree with strong academic performance
3. Technical understanding of digital product development processes
4. Data literacy and commitment to data-driven decision making
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
6. Sharp product sense with ability to envision world-class experiences
Nice to Have:
7. Experience in product ownership/management, especially consumer products
8. Background in healthcare technology
9. Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum, Jira, and Figma
10. German language skills (C2)
