Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer is looking for an Account Manager who has experience with selling technical solutions and developing business. The ideal candidate must also have a proven track record in winning enterprise level relationships and consistently achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for maintaining the sales account, providing technical and administrative product information, and performing daily office and office maintenance tasks,, B. Writing correspondence, coordinating, entering data, offers, and process documents
2. Drive sales of server solutions to new and existing clients across Germany.
3. Monitor stocks, track ETA with buyers
4. Act as a link between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics
5. Support with internal project coordination between sales and non-sales departments
6. Enter, monitor, and communicate directly with customers regarding the status of their orders, easing credit issues and negotiating returns
7. Develop superior customer service relationships with prospects
8. Provide regular client updates and reporting to management, ensuring alignment on goals and progress.
9. Generate leads
10. Travel to client meetings as necessary (Driving license required).
11. Additional tasks at the request of the supervisor

Qualifications:

12. Ambitions to take the next step with 2 years+ of experience as Sales Administrator or Inside Sales
13. Experience in data entry, production planning, and order tracking
14. Have strong professional communication skills, including telephone, writing/email, and presentation
15. Experience in customer service and dealing directly with customers must have problem-solving skills
16. Experience selling Supermicro servers or similar hardware is highly preferred.
17. Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. Especially PowerPoint and Excel
18. Organizational skills are a must
19. Fluent in written and spoken German (C2 level) and proficient in English (minimum B1 level).
