<p><strong><u>Solar Project Manager (PM) – Berlin, Germany </u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>A new opportunity within a full solutions provider who is accelerating Europe’s clean energy transition by delivering high-performance solar solutions across residential, multifamily, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sectors.</p><p><br></p><p>They combine technical excellence with smart digital tools and hands-on project delivery to maximise long-term asset performance. We are now looking for a Solar Project Manager to lead and optimise the execution and ongoing performance of multifamily and C&I solar PV projects across Germany</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Your Role</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end delivery of solar PV projects (multifamily & C&I)</li><li>Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders</li><li>Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risk management</li><li>Ensure compliance with German regulations, grid requirements, and safety standards</li><li>Support procurement, permitting, and some grid related topics</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across project execution</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What We’re Looking for</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience in solar PV project management, ideally across C&I and/or multifamily assets</li><li>Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, or similar</li><li>Strong understanding of solar operations, monitoring systems, and performance optimisation</li><li>Knowledge of German regulatory, grid, and permitting frameworks</li><li>Commercial awareness with experience in contract and cost management</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders</li><li>Fluent in German and English</li><li>Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>For this role we are offering</u></strong></p><ul><li>Salary up to €75,000</li><li>Bonus structure</li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Central Berlin Office Location</li></ul><p><br></p><p>To find out more about this position and the package/ renumeration in more detail then please apply using this job advert or send your up to date CV to greg.blake@sr2rec.com</p>
