About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic professional who can revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability as a leading expert in sales strategy. In this role, you'll create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing innovative solutions to the table and building trusted relationships with key decision-makers.

This position is about driving proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings while minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive.

You'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies, utilizing your expertise to lead to successful growth and retention of valued clients. Your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities will help build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.

Collaboration is key, and as a seasoned sales professional, you'll work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless account management process, from initial prospecting to closing deals and beyond.

You'll lead one or more high-value accounts and drive the development of new opportunities and expansion of existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities. By building a strong pipeline with partners, you'll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking our business to unprecedented heights.

You're an expert in the Automotive & Industrial industry with a deep understanding of external best practices, able to provide innovative solutions that position us as a leader in the market.

You possess the required experience and have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You prioritize customer success in your work and are open and inclusive in how you collaborate with others.

* Required Skills and Experience
* 5+ years of experience running account P&L
* Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
* 10 years of experience managing sales processes end-to-end
* Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
* Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
* Fluent in both German and English, verbally and written.
