Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager(f/m/d) in Siegen we’re looking for?
Our Siegen site is an international competence center for bogies. 800 colleagues develop, manufacture, test, and repair bogies for global rail traffic, ensuring stability and comfort on the tracks. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. As Project Planning Manager, you are the planning partner within our Bogies Project Management Team.
For Bogies development projects you are the close partner of our Project Managers. Build and control project schedules across international teams
Support Earned Value Management and project reporting
For Bogies tender projects you are the close partner of our Project Group Managers. Harmonize tender- and bid project schedules along our Gate Review Process
For PM capacity- & load planning you are the close partner of our Projects Director. Support the Projects Director for headcount planning and staffing decisions
Within a team of 2-3 further international Bogie Project Planning partners of our PM Team Siegen your work creates transparency, reliability and successful project delivery.
Experience in project planning, scheduling or project management
Strong communicator with a collaborative, international mindset
Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
