You can expect the following
* Model-based cost planning and control across all service phases in accordance with HOAI
* Analysis of budget requirements and preparation of framework, control, and detailed schedules
* Preparation and execution of tenders
* Commercial/technical review and evaluation of offers
* Development of procurement strategies and participation in negotiations
You bring along
* Degree in Architecture, Civil or Industrial Engineering
* Several years of experience in cost planning, tendering, and scheduling
* Experience in model-based cost planning and tendering desirable
* Fluent German and good English skills
