* Collaborate closely with works councils and ensure legal compliance
* Act as a strategic partner to leadership and employees during organizational change
* Build strong relationships and foster a culture of trust and collaboration
* Utilize and optimize the HR system
* Contribute to the development of a centralized and modern HR structure
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Several years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role
* Strong knowledge of German labor law and experience working with works councils
* Proficiency in digital HR tools
* Fluent in both German and English
* Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ideally, experience in tech-driven or creative industries
