Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from product development to facility upgrades.
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements, including production equipment and personnel.
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring adherence to production timelines and quality standards.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and budget.
* Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless project integration.
* Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to stakeholders.
* Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and comply with relevant manufacturing regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
* Proven experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
* In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
* Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
* Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and resource management.
* Strong technical aptitude, preferably with an engineering or technical background relevant to manufacturing operations.
Bonus Qualifications
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
* Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP/MES systems.
* Experience managing automation or Industry 4.0 projects.
* Familiarity with CAD software and technical drawings.
