Deine Aufgaben
Your tasks
* Drive trucks and transport equipment – you make sure the team and machinery arrive safely on site
* Operate machinery in the field – whether it’s loaders, pile drivers, or service vehicles, you know how to handle and move equipment
* Operate pile-driving equipment – after thorough training, you’ll work independently with our pile driver
* Coordinate on-site operations – together with your team, you organize workflows in and around the field
* Take and document soil samples – carefully and in a structured, traceable way

Your profile
* Valid truck driver’s license (Class C / CE) – mandatory, as you’ll be transporting team and equipment across Southern Germany
* Enjoy working outdoors – in all weather conditions and terrains
* Hands-on skills and confident handling of machinery and tools
* Reliability and team spirit – in a small team, everyone depends on each other
* Comfortable with overnight stays in hotels – we’re not always based around Munich
* No degree required. No formal training required. What matters is reliability, willingness to work, and genuine interest in the job

This is a full-time position based in the Munich region, with projects across Southern Germany. The expected annual salary ranges between €40,000 and €48,000 gross (depending on experience).
